DSGDpp library for parallel matrix factorization available as open source

We have open-sourced the DSGDpp library, which contains implementations of various parallel algorithms for computing low-rank matrix factorizations. Both shared-memory and shared-nothing (via MPI) implementations are provided.

This library (finally!) makes our implementations of the DSGD++ algorithm of Teflioudi et al. (2012) and the CSGD algorithm of Makari et al. (2013) publicly available.
