Research

I conduct research in the fi eld of pervasive computing. The focus is on modelling and inferring high level information from ubiquitous and mobile sensor data to enable ambient intelligence and context-aware applications.

My interests are in knowledge engineering, probabilistic graphical models, statistical-relational approaches and machine learning. My research is applied within the healthcare solutions and logistics.
